MTN Welcome Back Offer is a 3 months recharge offers with whopping 2000% bonus, meaning an offer that rewards customers with dormant MTN SIM for re-activating their lines. I.e. customers that have spent 45 – 180 days on the network without performing any chargeable activity.

Note that:
